RISE TO REMAIN — the up-and-coming London, England metalcore outfit featuring singer Austin Dickinson, the son of IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson — has announced on the band’s Facebook page the addition of bassist Joshua Hammond and drummer Adam Lewin to the group’s ranks:
“Attention Risers!! We are all very proud to announce that we have found our guys! Today, we welcome Joshua Hammond and Adam Lewin in to Rise To Remain, on Bass and Drums respectively! They shone through an already fantastic bunch of musicians and people that we auditioned, and we can not wait to raise some hell and introduce them to you all. RTR style! It all starts here…and there is still more news coming! Keep your eyes peeled, and your ears open. All our love. Austin, Ben, Will, Josh and Adam. Rise To Remain. x”
In other news, RISE TO REMAIN will release a new single, “Talking In Whispers“, in the U.K. on April 9. A lyric video for the track can be seen below.
Always a formidable live band, RISE TO REMAIN is preparing to “slay everything” in its path as Josh and Adam earn their stripes alongside vocalist Austin Dickinson and guitarists Ben Tovey and Will Homer on a non-stop 22-date jaunt across Europe, dubbed “The Progression Tour“. New fans and old will get the chance to join in the fun when the trek kicks off on March 7 in Birmingham, with RISE TO REMAIN headlining a bill that also features HEAVEN SHALL BURN, MALEFICE, ADEPT and CYTOTA.
RISE TO REMAIN was recently confirmed on the Vans Warped Tour in conjunction with the U.S. release of the band’s debut album, “City Of Vultures“. The Warped trek will see them hit 40 different cities in North America over the space of three months.
